2.Comprehensive Description

This machine is sold to Taishan Sports Group (International Olympic Committee equipment suppliers), which is specially designed for TPE / TPU and other flexible resin on the flexible substrate coating and lamination. The overall tension control and extrusion follow the "zero stretch" design concept to ensure that the final product complies with the IOC's stringent quality testing standards.

In the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, the products(sports pad) manufactured by our machines, which became the designated equipment of the track and field competition.

3. Product Features

(1) Unwinding with a special tension control system for low-density large diameter substrate roll, to ensure that the substrate is not stretched before the coating.

(2) Use special material & flow channel T-die, and adjustable mold lip, mainly for high-yield elastic resin extrusion, can also be used for ordinary resin coating and laminating.

(3) Thick-walled central impression with pattern etching, one-time completion the "extrusion - coating - forming" progress, can customize the pattern according to customer’s requirements.

(4) If not need embossing the central impression, it can be changed to ordinary mirror / matte central impression, for the general coating and laminated.

(5) The second unwinding is specially designed for woven fabric substrate roller, using arc roller for flattening.

(6) 360 degree automatic flip constant tension rewinding unit, using torque motor, as different speed ratio can be adapted to different material requirements.

(7) Integrated control, variable frequency speed adjustment, the operator can quickly grasp the basic operation.

5. Packaging and shipping

C. Before the machine was shipped, the customer provided three rolls of foam cotton substrate for testing the machine. Only after consumption of one roller of foam cotton substrate, it achieve the effect of customer satisfaction. The extra two rolls of foam cotton substrate, we returned to the customer with the machine:

6. Trading terms and after sales service

(1) We sold machines provide at least 360 days of quality assurance, during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality.

(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales Service. However, engineers need to charge service fees.

(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, for non-standard parts, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts.

(4) Trading in FOB Term; the quoted price include the full price of the machine, transported to Ningbo Port fees, customs fees. Not include shipping and insurance charges. We can handle shipping on behalf of the purchaser, the cost paid separately by the purchaser.

(5) Earthquake, shipwrecks, war and other force majeure could be the grounds of exemption for delayed or cannot fulfill. Correspondingly, the other party's corresponding liability is also exempt.

(6) Installation and commissioning are part of after-sales service, at no additional charge. If the customer requests in writing, we will send qualified and experienced engineers. The fees borne by the customer, including but not limited to: transportation costs, accommodation costs, $ 100 per day in subsidies.

(7) Under any circumstances, customer information and contract details will be kept strictly confidential. Unless the court order or the consent of the client.

(8) Matters not covered in this document, refer to "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980)" the relevant provisions solution. Both China and the United States are parties to the Convention.

7. Documents

A. Manuals, technical documentation, CE certificate (if required) will be sent along with the machine;

B. Bill of lading, invoices, certificates of origin (MFN certificate of origin), fumigation certificate (if required) will confirm with the client, and then sent via DHL or UPS:
