Terms of Before—During—After sales service :
A1. Pre-sales, we will provide a detailed quotation, including, but not limited to technical lists, pictures, videos and samples. A2. Special customized proposed by the client, will specifically listed as a basis for acceptance. A3. Proforma invoice, will official seal and signed, sent through our official email address. B1. We ensure compliance with "the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, CISG (1980s)", and "Incoterms2010". Unless otherwise agreed in the contract. B2. During sales, sales managers will keep in touch with customers, timely reporting of production progress. B3. If needed, we have a lot of long-term shipping companies for customer choice. C1. Customers will receive notification of inspection, no later than one week before delivery. If the client can not come, we will send the video. C2. Containers photos, bills of lading, certificate of origin, bill of lading, special certificates (if any) will be sent, no later than one week after delivery. C3.
