1. Comprehensive Description:
The casting lamination line is equipped with high-performance extruder for raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, and laminates with a variety of substrates such as BOPP film, BOPET film, BOPP film, metalized film, non woven, aluminum foil and paper. To realize the perfect lamination purpose, the line can be customer-made with multi-layer co extrusion, film thickness measurement unit, corona treatment unit. The application of the line can range from PE coating with nonwoven for hygiene and medical purposes to flexible packaging.

3. Product Features
(1) Main parts of the machine manufactured by solid steel board to keep a high operational stability, without any shaking in running.
(2) Web running using the "inverter - motor" control method with constant tension system to ensure uniform coating.
(3) The raw resin through high L/D ratio screw plasticized with good fluidity.
(4) Multistage heating & thermostat designed to provide precise temperature control system.
(5) The extruding channels of T-die has been mirrored surface treatment to form a uniform waterfall.
(6) Central impression and high temperature resistant silicone roller collectively form the "high pressure - quick cooling" system, firm bonding and strongly tear resistance.
(7) Integrated control with a high degree of automation, but also retain some auto/manual operation for special production process.
