2. Details and photos
 
(1) If your machine still during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality. Please contact our sales, offer the number of PI to get free spare parts.
(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales service. We will offer spare parts at cost price.
(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts.

4. Warranty and transport terms

(1) If your machine still during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality. Please provide some photos or videos to prove that is not man-made damage. We are obliged to provide free parts.
(2) Otherwise, we will charge the cost of spare parts. If it is a custom parts, the costs may be higher.
(3) Smaller parts, we offer DHL mailed; larger parts can be sent via a wooden box or wooden pallets, shipping sent.Bear transport costs, it will be based on warranty.
 
5. Documents

A. Manuals, technical documentation, CE certificate (if required) will be sent along with the goods;
B. Bill of lading, invoices, certificates of origin (MFN certificate of origin), fumigation certificate (if required) will confirm with the client, and then sent via DHL or UPS.
