3. Product Features

1. Suitable for paper, nonwoven fabric and most type of plastic film(PE,PP,BOPP,etc).Color’s positive and negative for 0+8,1+7,2+6,3+5,4+4.

2. Low speed and full load startup, automatic tension control, low noise.

3. Automatic meter counter reaches the set number of meters or raw interrupt will stop automatically.

4. Aluminum roller adopts Japan brand semi-sealing small bearing, flinty oxidation, static and dynamic balancing treatments are conducted low resistance and small flop.

5. The special made modulus angular gears adopted (Helical gear), accurate printing size and full printing specifications (5mm is a spec).

6. Trading terms and after sales service

(1) We sold machines provide at least 360 days of quality assurance, during the warranty period, we assume full responsibility for the quality.

(2) The following three cases: beyond the quality guarantee period, improper operation and man-made damage, we still provide lifetime maintenance & guidance & commissioning of after-sales Service. However, engineers need to charge service fees.

(3) The non-standard machines that we manufacture according to customer needs, for non-standard parts, we offer customization and maintenance of lifetime, but the cost may be slightly higher than the standardized parts.

(4) Trading in FOB Term; the quoted price include the full price of the machine, transported to Ningbo Port fees, customs fees. Not include shipping and insurance charges. We can handle shipping on behalf of the purchaser, the cost paid separately by the purchaser.

(5) Earthquake, shipwrecks, war and other force majeure could be the grounds of exemption for delayed or cannot fulfill. Correspondingly, the other party's corresponding liability is also exempt.

(6) Installation and commissioning are part of after-sales service, at no additional charge. If the customer requests in writing, we will send qualified and experienced engineers. The fees borne by the customer, including but not limited to: transportation costs, accommodation costs, $ 100 per day in subsidies.
